This event can be experienced in three ways. A VIP Pass (see details below), a Saturday Day Pass or a Sunday Day Pass. 

The full Regional ECE Retreat goes from Friday 16th August to Sunday the 18th August. But as there is limited accommodation, I am also offering day passes. These are an opportunity for additional educators to join us for the professional and personal development parts. 20 passes for Saturday and 40 passes for Sunday. This means you arrive for a day of learning, fun and collaboring before heading back home. Here's a break down...

Day Pass  

• $259.00 per ticket. 
• 8.45am to 4.00pm (Saturday OR Sunday) 
• All professional development.
• All personal development.
• Morning tea & lunch
• Notebook, pen and lanyard. 
• Certificate of Participation.

The day will look like... 

• 8.45am - Arrive. Grab a coffee, grab your resources (Book, Pen and name Lanyard are all provided) and be ready to start.
• 9.00am - Welcome, Acknowledge & Reflect.
• 9.30am - Professional Development workshops with amazing Facilitators (you will see some already announced already, and more will be revealed soon). A quick morning tea is provided followed by more workshops.
• 12.45pm - Lunch is provided by an amazing local company, with a break for collaboring and a moment of rest.
• 1.30pm - One more Professional Development followed by some Personal Development. A focus of you as an educator. Of how you can look after you and be the best version of yourself.
• 4.00pm - Wrap up of the day and those with a day pass head home.
• * This is a rough schedule and will change slightly as we finalise facilitators/workshops.
• * Sundays day of development will be a repeat of Saturdays session. Teams of educators are encouraged to book Sunday as there is a higher volume of tickets available.
• * Your ticket covers all professional & personal workshops, morning tea, lunch, book, pen and name lanyard. Only cost to you on the day is from the coffee van if you choose.
• * There is only 20 Saturday Day Passes and 40 Sunday Passes available. 

VIP Pass

• $699.00 per ticket. 
• Friday 3pm checkin. 
• Sunday 11am checkout.
• Shared accommodation (Rooms of 2-3)... if you are booking with someone you know, place a request in to share rooms. I will do my best to accomodate your needs. 
• Sip and Paint collaboration Session on Friday
• All food and non alcoholic beverages. 
• Amenities of the location (bathhouse visits and sauna visits).
• All Saturday professional development & personal development as mentioned in the day pass above.
• Fresh coffee from Odesi Collective each morning.
• VIP snack basket per room. 
• VIP goody bags with tailored resources and gifts. 
• Unstructured time to collaborate, build community connections and reflect with like minded individuals.
• Certificate of Participation.
• *ALL professional and personal learning are included in this.
• *If you have any questions please let me know.
• *Have your own caravan and want a VIP ticket? ... let me know and we can probably figure out a deal. Lots of caravan sites available.
• *There are only 20 VIP Tickets available.
