Here is how to do it:
- Open the default camera of your android phone.
- In the top left corner there is the "Settings" icon, click on it.
- Scroll down and select "Shooting Methods".
- Switch ON the "Floating Shutter Button".
Now you have a floating shutter button on your default android phone camera.
