- Implement 2-factor authentication* for all your social media accounts & website logins (where possible)
- Regularly check www.scamwatch.gov.au for types of scams, news & alerts
- Check www.cyber.gov.au for helpful advice on keeping your business protected online
- Check up on companies through their direct channels of communication (i.e. phone or website), if you are unsure of a link in an email
- Protect your devices by having Zero Trust Security**. This will mitigate you against online threats.
- Don't be afraid to ask questions. If something doesn't look right, seek help from a trusted friend.
- Keep your passwords protected by using a password manager.
- Alway practise STRONG passwords that use multiple characters and numbers which make it harder to guess.
