Questions to ask when applying for a job
We've all been to these job interviews where you get bombarded with information about the company and the potential role you are applying for but after your interview you are still left with so many questions. 

In the nervousness of the interview you either forgot to ask or felt too intimidated to do so. 
Here are some quick questions for you to ask at the end of your interview that will ensure you get the answers to the questions you’d like to know. 

1. What does success look like to this company?
2. How is success celebrated ?
3. What does the growth plan for this role look like? 
4. Could you tell me why this position has become available?
5. What do you think are the three key qualities someone needs to be successful in this role?
6. Thinking about employees who’ve done this work previously, what sets apart those who were good from those who were great? 
7. How do you monitor the performance of individual team members? 
8. What would you like me to know about you as a leader? 
9. How would you describe the workplace culture? 
10. What do you enjoy most about working here? 
11. What would your staff say the most challenging thing about working here is? 
12. What makes people want to continue working at this company? 
13. What does the next 12 months look like in the company and will that effect this role in anyway? 
14. What are the next steps in the interview process? 
15. Could you tell me the timeline for making a decision and when should I expect to hear from you?
16. Is there anything else you need from me to help you make your decision?
